Lunch!

Hey guys! Today is day five of tracking everything! I did have half a croissant with cream cheese today - NSV for splitting it with someone instead of eating the whole thing - and I haven't figured out the points yet, but I will do so tonight.

Did I mention what my reward is for tracking everything for one week (with the exception of drinks on Friday night since I will either be celebrating or lamenting my oral defense of my exams)? It's a new camera lens! Yep, there it is in writing, so you guys have to keep me accountable.

Check out what I had for lunch today... it was delicious!


The soup was a Weight Watchers recipe for creamy tomato and basil soup, and it was WAY TOO DIFFICULT to make... but I never made a soup from scratch - including chopping tomatoes, boiling, food processor-ing, and straining. It was worth it, but man Campbell's soup sounded so good after all that work!

The salad had: grilled chicken (3PP), lots of romaine (0), cucumber (0), pita chips (1PP), a tiny bit of Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing (2PP) and some apples. It was so yummy!

  1. I had turkey picadillo over salad with plain Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream), salsa, and shredded cheese. SO good. The picadillo recipe is to die for. I got it from my nutrition people... I'm telling ya, you gotta go see them. It will change your life!
